The short terms.

1. The basics.

By downloading or using TheraJoy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. These Terms are between you and C6 Labs LLC ("we"), the developer that publishes TheraJoy on the App Store.

2. What the App is.

TheraJoy is a consumer wellness app that generates rhythmic bilateral stimulation — alternating visual, audio, and haptic cues you control. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care. 3. Who can use it.

TheraJoy is rated 4+ on the App Store and has no minimum age. If a parent or guardian is making the download decision for a child, the usual common-sense applies — please supervise.

4. Subscription & trial.

1. Free download, paid use. TheraJoy is free to download. Starting a session requires an active subscription.
2. 7-day free trial. Your first subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
3. Auto-renewal. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews annually at the price shown in the App Store at sign-up. Renewal happens at least 24 hours before the period ends unless you've cancelled.
4. Cancellation. Cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or via the App Store. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds. Apple processes all payments. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we have no ability to issue refunds ourselves.

5. What you can do.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TheraJoy on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard end-user licensing terms.

6. What you can't.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the App's source code beyond what Apple's license expressly allows.
• Hold the App out as a medical treatment or use it to make clinical claims about a named individual.
• Repackage the App or its assets and redistribute them.

7. Your content.

Anything you type or record inside TheraJoy — your body-check tags, your note-to-self, your session history — is yours and stays on your device. We have no access to it. See the privacy notice for details.

8. Privacy.

TheraJoy collects no personal data and operates with no backend. The privacy notice is part of these Terms by reference.

9. Updates.

We may occasionally release updates that add, change, or remove features. Significant changes will be described in the App Store release notes for the relevant version.

10. Disclaimers.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (US$25). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Alameda County, California, unless you have a non-waivable consumer right to arbitrate or sue elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms.

If we update these Terms in a meaningful way, the new version will appear on this page and the App Store listing will reflect any related material change. Continued use of the App after a new version is published counts as acceptance.
